Your Role:
Based out of Melbourne or Sydney, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our RPO team onsite with one of Australia’s largest marketing communications companies. Having evolved the partnership over a number of years, our team is focused on attracting and retaining the best digital talent in the market, allowing our client to deliver outstanding, thoughtful, award-winning work for their wide portfolio of clients.
In this role, you will be leading a high performing Talent Acquisition team of 3 that are truly collaborative, innovative and deliver forward-thinking recruitment strategies. As the onsite face of PeopleScout, you will build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships, quickly developing your understanding of the clients’ business. You will carry a small requisition load of specialist requirements, while partnering with the customer to evolve the talent acquisition offering in line with strategic imperatives.
About You:
We are completely sector agnostic for this role. While enthusiasm for Media is important, existing experience isn’t. We are more focused on your professionalism and ability to learn quickly and build exceptional stakeholder relationships. We are open to agency, in-house or RPO backgrounds. Prior management experience would be helpful, but again we can coach that for the right person.
