Your Role…

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our national recruitment team for our client, one of the worlds’ leading construction companies, as a Talent Acquisition Consultant specialising in white collar construction roles.

You will be working with our construction, property, investment and infrastructure client, Lendlease.

Working in a multidisciplinary People & Culture team you will deliver full end-to-end recruitment processes whilst also providing strategic sourcing across a broad range of property and development related opportunities.

This opportunity will see you managing and building relationships with hiring managers, managing end to end recruitment from screening through to offer negotiations and developing and maintaining talent pools of relevant candidates in the property industry. You will be part of an experienced team in a fast-paced environment that offers variety in your role including contribution to the delivery of strategic recruitment projects, talent pipelining and business intelligence research.

We are open to offering this position on a Remote, Hybrid or On-site basis.

About You…

Of course, you will come with demonstrated recruitment experience preferably within the white collar construction or property space. However, we’re keen to speak to junior recruitment professionals who are interested in stepping into the construction or property space and want to work with an industry leader!

You will be a highly organised, responsive and delivery outcome focused recruitment professional, with a keen interest in gaining more exposure to new sourcing technologies, and a commitment to leaving no stone unturned in finding the best candidate for the role.
