This is a full 360 Senior Recruiter role where your focus will be both managing and building customer relationships, searching for talented candidates, and managing them through the recruitment lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in working across a wide variety of White-Collar roles whilst providing a thorough and robust recruitment process. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment with a small team of fantastic recruiters across Australia and New Zealand!

Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with a diverse range of clients across the SME and Enterprise space to understand their talent acquisition requirements.
- Execute sourcing and selection strategies to access the most relevant talent in market (both advertised selection and passive sourcing)
- Candidate screening, selection and shortlisting
- Executing high quality, end to end recruitment processes across white collar assignments
Who we are looking for:
- Exceptional customer service, relationship management and influencing skills will see you succeed in this role
- Previous recruitment experience is essential – we are open to blue collar and white-collar recruitment experience
- You will enjoy working autonomously, be resourceful and have an easy-going personality
- You will be based anywhere within Australia or New Zealand. We will consider both full and part time candidates for this position.
