Your Role:
We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for recruitment professionals from the industrial sector to join a brand new onsite, nationally based team, with the latest client in the PeopleScout portfolio – Holcim – a global leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions.
Based in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane, you and the team will be instrumental in driving the success of the recruitment delivery offering, delivering full end-to-end recruitment processes whilst also providing first-class strategic sourcing support in a high-touch model across a broad range of both white and blue collar roles.
About you:
You will come with demonstrated white and / or blue collar recruitment experience with a strong preference towards industrial, but to really stand out from the crowd, you will have a customer focused nature about you.
You are highly organised, responsive and delivery outcome focused with demonstrated experience in managing and delivering volume recruitment activities. You have an ability to work calmly in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities and deliverables.
