We have an exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Officer working as part of an effective and efficient finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance and based in our Head Office in the Sydney CBD, this role offers variety and challenge.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing suppliers’ invoices into system
• Identifying suppliers’ invoices due for payments and prepare for payments
• Ensuring that bank payments are prepared accurately and processed into system
• Corporate credit card: Ensuring all charges are supported by receipts to code into system
• Employees expense claims: Ensuring all employees expense claims are adequately supported and approved by their managers for payments
• Raise customers’ invoices on timely manner
• Attend to customers’/suppliers’ requests/queries on timely manner
• Assisting with adhoc finance admin duties

We are looking for someone who is eager and looking to work in a fun team environment. You will have:

• Strong attention to detail – coding of supplier’s invoices, staff expenses and corporate credit card
• Full understanding of AP processes – EFT and BPAY payments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good excel skills
• Adhere to month-end deadlines
• Experience in Reckon Accounts / Oracle Accounting System (preferred but not essential)
