Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

• Own management of all data related to the Associate Recruiting function.
• Create and manage monthly and all adhoc executive leadership presentations/decks, consolidation of data points and commentary from leaders.
• Maintains all reporting, function, process, and procedure documents.
• Develop, generate, and distribute reports as per schedule.
• Provides ad hoc reports and program summaries for all technology and systems, as needed (i.e. Pure Connect, PRISM, JobStack, ATS, Able, all new systems, etc).
• Manage lists of candidates or associates for contact and/or outreach campaigns.
• Identify and clean candidate data lists.
• Manage, submit and track vendor invoices as needed.
• Work closely with centralized global teams on data pulls, analysis and training on updates to reporting processes as needed.
• Identify data, reporting and presentation process improvements to streamline day to day delivery.
• Makes decisions regarding own work within defined parameters, often limited and confined to routine matters.
• Monitor and measure success and the overall ROI on all programs, recruiting events and impacts of industry and market intelligence.
• Spearhead initiatives that support hiring and conversion.

Required experience:

• Working knowledge and depth of experience in Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Creative approach to presentations and team decks to ensure engaging content and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze data along with the story
• Ability to become proficient ¡n multiple IT applications and knowledge of industry software.
• Experience ¡n prioritizing work and multi-tasking and a strong sense of urgency.
• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others, both internally and externally.
• Must be strong team player and assist other department staff when necessary.
• Willingness to learn and take on projects, processes and responsibilities.
• Ability to handle multiple changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes challenging situations and keeping management involved as needed.
