Job Description:

• Manage lists of candidates or associates for contact
• Identify and scrub candidate data lists as needed
• Pull vendor analytic data and share to stakeholder distribution lists
• Operate automated systems such as the auto-dialer and text systems, engaging associates for needed positions.
• Coordinate with internal staff and branch managers for requisitions
• Accurately enter data and build reports
• Communicate with outside Vendors as needed
• Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism daily
• Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
• Cover for Sr. Talent Engagement Coordinator as needed

Experience:

• Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others, both internally and externally
• Must be strong team player and assist other department staff when necessary
• Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Ability to become proficient ¡n multiple IT applications
• Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking – Strong sense of urgency
• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
