We are growing and are looking to bring on aboard a talented individual to join our high performing team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The role:

• Partnered with an experienced Consultant you will be responsible for resourcing candidates – from internal and external databases
• Drafting and posting job adverts
• Screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates
• Client liaison for booking interviews and providing feedback
• Administration – preparation of resume’s, data entry, reference checks etc.

We are looking for a confident, driven and resilient person who will fit in with our sales focused team. You must be flexible, and adaptable to an ever-changing environment as no two days in recruitment are the same! You must have high levels of attention to detail, great communication and administration skills, the ability to pick things up quickly and be mentally strong.
