THE COMPANY:

They specialise in innovative products and services in Orthopaedics, Medical, Surgical and Neurotechnology. They are seeking a passionate Recruiter to work in their fast paced, high-volume environment.

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Recruit, engage and onboard candidates who carry the same company values;
• Partner with line managers to ensure their vacancies are filled in a timely and efficient manner; and
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth on boarding for new employees.

ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role you will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is driven to succeed. In addition to this you will have:

• Previous sales or recruitment experience – however this is not essential as full training is provided;
• Excellent customer service and care;
• Strong written and verbal skills; and
• Highly motivated and ambitious.
