Due to increase business growth, we have great opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join a market leader in their field. This 6-month contract will focus on the delivery of end to end recruitment for 14 key roles across the business. Reporting to MD and Global HR you will be using your strategic planning to ensure effective delivery as well as coach and lead through this time of growth.

During this time of transition, you may also be required to assist with generalist HR matters with the support of Global HR and external consultants. The variety of roles, teamed with the project and HR focus makes this a very unique opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including review of job analysis and position descriptions.
• Partnering with business leaders on their recruitment needs and provide solutions to identify high quality talent
• Provide advice to hiring managers and HR to understand current and future talent needs, develop sourcing strategies.
• Develops strategic sourcing, talent pool building on various channels to deliver the best recruitment outcomes.
• A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Assist with generalist HR request, with the support of global HR and external consultants

To be considered for interview, you must have:

• Solid experience working in talent or recruitment – in agency or inhouse
• HR or tertiary degree would be highly regarded
• Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and guiding hiring managers based on market insight
• Expert at proactive search for the best talent by using a variety of talent sourcing techniques including Seek, LinkedIn, etc.
• A high attention to detail with an ability to handle ambiguity while operating within a structured process
• The ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment, prioritising time and using different initiatives to provide solutions.
• High level interpersonal and communications skills to enable strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
