The role:


Form part of a strong supportive HR team and focus on building strong internal relationships with hiring managers while managing both reactive and proactive recruitment requirements – spanning across both white and blue collar roles. In addition, you will be part of the projects team that is focusing on systems, processes, initiatives and more – driving positive change within a growing organisation.


Selection criteria:

• Previous Recruitment Experience – internal / agency background with a proven track record in sourcing talent for both white- & blue-collar roles.
• Proven track record in creatively building talent pipelines
• Organisational / time management skills to be successful in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment
• Strong communication / interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to audience and situation.
• Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new systems but identify systems for consideration.
