The Role

ing to the Talent Acquisition manager, you will join on a temporary basis, with the view to transition to permanent. In this role you will manage:

• End to end recruitment for up to 15 positions across the professional services space
• Create and monitor job advertisements across relevant advertising & social media channels
• Maintain integral stakeholder relationships, liaising on a daily basis to consult & refine talent requirements
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring the companies values are upheld throughout talent processContribute to internal projects focused around process improvement, marketing & talent management

About You

• You have a minimum of three years + experience in Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment, with a proven track record of talent attraction & stakeholder management.
• You are highly driven and eager to progress your career within this space
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to adapt this to different stakeholders
• Strong understanding of talent attraction methods such LinkedIn Recruiter & SEEK
• Ability to work in the office 3 days per week
• Full working rights, with the ability to work beyond six months
