THE COMPANY
This global corporation is an instantly recognisable brand and a market leader in their sector. They are currently on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them in their South East Melbourne office on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be responsible for partnering with the state based leadership teams in Sales to deliver national people plans in the state as defined by the respective People and Culture Business Partner for the function.You will partner with the state leadership teams to provide thought leadership and deliver a consistent employee experience for core people initiatives including:

• Talent & succession planning;
• Performance & remuneration review;
• Engagement action planning;
• Organisational change; and
• Capability development.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful for this role you will have proven experience in a senior HRBP position. You will have strong business partnering skills levels, be a trusted advisor, demonstrating effective relationship management skills to engage, inspire and influence at all at all levels. In addition to this you will have:

• Ability to understand business challenges and translate into commercial solutions / advice on people matters;
• Demonstrated proactive Employee Relations experience;
• Knowledge of IR landscape, industrial environments and demonstrated experience in managing proactive relationships with Unions will be of benefit in certain locations (Supply Chain & Sales Business Partners); and
• Proven experience in organisational design, engagement strategies, cultural alignment and development, and talent and succession management.
