The opportunity:

Work across the business, supporting the full employee lifecycle & working closely with Business Unit Mangers, while being part of a growing HR team focused on building culture, systems and initiatives. With the organization going through positive change, there will be scope to learn, grow and develop internally with the guidance of a strong supportive HR Leader.

Selection criteria:

• Tertiary HR qualification coupled with previous experience in a HR Generalist role
• Experience in a blended work environment – exposure to Unions would be adv.
• Strong stakeholder engagement & liaison skills – building solid internal relationships
• Proven experience in ER / IR – collaborating with relevant line managers to provide counsel
• Effective communication / interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and computer literacy
