Reporting to a industry seasoned Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

• Trade spend analysis by brand, customer & channel and analysis of trade spend versus competitors
• Profitability analysis of new products, existing SKU’s, Brand, Customer and Channel
• Providing accurate analysis of month-end performance including Net Sales, Marketing and SG&A and provide strategic recommendations to improve commercial outcomes
• Active participation in the annual planning process in collaberation with Heads of Marketing, Sales and Operations
• Thoroughly understanding the reasons behind the timing and volume of marketing spend and the subsequent impact on reach, competitors and market share
• Partnering the Head of Finance on M&A opportunities and other projects

Your Skills:

• Trained in chartered in audit or business services (in Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firms) and have since gained analysis skills in FMCG, ideally within a large or multinational business framework
• You have confident and effective business partnering skills. You will be able to provide examples of how your analysis has increased revenues and/or profitability
• Experience using ERP such as SAP or Pronto is preferred, as well as Business Intelligence and/or reporting tools
• Completed bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or similar
