As they continue to grow and achieve a larger share in the global market, an opportunity has become available for a passionate Senior Accounts Receivable officer to be responsible for the company’s major account.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable management including:

• Manage BPO (Outsourced IBM team) team for invoice due date correction
• Manage BPO (Outsourced IBM team) team to send missing invoice and POD to Franchisee
• Manage BPO (Outsourced IBM team) team to update open item text in system with indication of debt clearing status
• Cash forecast and payment collection on due and overdue debt including invoices and rejected claims
• Reconcile AR balance with customer’s AP balance including outstanding claims reconciliation

Claims Management:

• Understand Claim verification mechanism (Sell Through Allowance, Freight, Price Protection, Price adjustment, refurbishment, etc.) and able to assist claim process when needed
• Understand Rebate structure and calculation mechanism. Assist claim process when needed
• Claim dispute resolution. Be able to organize a meeting with stakeholders to resolve the issue.

Contract Management:

• Franchisee’s mater data must be updated accurately in SAP
• Franchisee contract validation must be performed on quarterly basis
• Work with credit team to ensure Valid Franchisee contract is saved in SAP under each Franchisee code
• Work with credit team to ensure PPSR is saved in SAP under each Franchisee code

• Monitor account’s credit limit usage and overdue claims progress to ensure the account will not in risk of being blocked by system
• Report to AR Assistant Manager and Senior Manager if account has major issue regarding overdue debt level, credit limit shortage, Operations issue, make a recommendation for the improvement
• Manage BPO (Outsourced IBM team) to allocate EOM payment with accuracy and efficiency
• Other adhoc task as directed by management

You will have the following:

• Relevant qualifications in Accounting and Finance
• 5 years solid experience within accounting
• Experience working with large accounts.
• Professional user of SAP or other ERP system and advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Table.)
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Be a team player with a good attitude towards work.
