THE ROLE

Due to regrowth, our temporary supportteam is seeking a driven and outgoing Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join them.

This will initially be a support position assisting two senior consultants who look after roles across legal support, business support, and government recruitment. The goal is that you will be working towards becoming a 360 Consultant where you will thrive in a busy and fast-paced desk.

Duties as a Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include (but are not limited to)

• Screening and interviewing candidates;
• Preparing and editing resumes;
• Sourcing candidates on various platforms;
• Reviewing applications;
• Advertising jobs; and
• Conducting reference checks.

THE CANDIDATE

To be successful at people2people and in our temp team, you must be determined, hardworking, and have real tenacity – we are a high-performing team and someone with a strong work ethic will thrive in this environment.

It’s important that you have an eye for detail, be a confident communicator and be able to prioritise effectively.

Candidates that are degree qualified and have previous customer service/ sales experience are encouraged to apply.
