The opportunity:

Reporting into the GM Human Resources, you will be based in Emerald and working closely with sites in relation to identifying their talent needs and then managing the end-to-end recruitment process while building solid work relationships with stakeholders – both internal and external. Be part of the attraction and retention strategy development and drive within the business.

Selection criteria:

• Previous experience gained in an Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Consultant role
• Proven track record managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Strong understanding of legislation and awards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management experience
• Computer literacy – MS Office Suite, Pronto
• Ability to relocate with a valid driver’s license
