People2people are currently engaged to partner with one of our NSW Government clients to recruit for an experienced recruiter based in their Western Sydney office. This will be a 6 month contract with the potential to extend. $46 per hour plus super

The role:

  • You will be responsible for end to end recruitment support including, writing briefs, interviewing, compliance checks
  • Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes, and policies
  • Provide support, advice and coaching to hiring managers and staff on all recruitment processes and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders by delivering excellent customer service and support

About you:

  • Successful and proven experience working in end to end recruitment
  • Government experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with strong influencing, coaching, and negotiation skills
  • Must be confident in taking the lead in recruitment discussions
  • Have high energy and resilience
  • Must be proactive and collaborative in your approach, whilst also being able to operate independently
