The opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our highly successful Perth team.
We partner with some of Australia’s leading employers of choice, who we are proud to call our clients. The focus of this position is maintaining an existing portfolio, whilst managing a team of five Recruitment Consultants.
With solid relationships and a consistent track record of success having already been carved out, business development is not required.
This is a unique opportunity where you will be hands on in the day to day team management. You will conduct regular 1:1 meetings with each team member, support their development through ongoing on the job coaching, whilst also monitoring and driving performance. You will also be responsible for some exisiting client account management and transact in recruiting some senior level positions.
This is a 6-12 month contract role, with a pathway to a permanent opportunity. You do not require a local network, making this a great chance to gain sought after Perth market experience.
Who you are
We are interested in hearing from you if are an experienced Manager or Team Leader with experience in the Recruitment Industry. We are open to considering both agency and internal recruitment backgrounds.
You will be commercially astute manager who has demonstrated an ability to lead a successful Recruitment team, and have an affinity for maintaining professional relationships with clients/stakeholders.
