This global software solutions business is growing rapidly. They are launching their Melbourne operation and need a Recruitment Consultant to join to team to assist with technology recruitment.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Success you will be responsible for

• End to end recruitment of key technology roles in Melbourne including IT Project Manager, Implementation Manager and Customer Success Manager
• Initiate create sourcing initiatives to find the best talent
• Phone screen and resume screen candidates
• Conduct interviews
• Conduct reference checks, contracts and compliance
• Project strategic suggestions for ongoing recruitment processes

To be successful in this position you will have

• Previous end to end technology recruitment experience preferred, alternatively end to end recruitment experience in another industry
• Confidence running recruitment process autonomously
• Ability to initiate strategic sourcing initiatives
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Available to attend meeting in Europe time zone when needed

In return you will be able to work part time, 2-3 days per week initially for three months. You are welcome to work from home and have flexibility hours. This role would suit someone looking for reduced hours, or even on a student visa.
