The Role

Based in either our Sydney CBD or Western Sydney Office, you will be working with a team of highly experienced recruitment consultants. You will learn the craft of recruitment consulting through comprehensive training and mentoring, and play a hands-on role in generating quality talent and placing candidates successfully with our clients. Specifically, you will:

• Connect and engage with our talent community
• Identify quality talent through advertisements, sourcing strategies and networking activities
• Screen applications and conduct interviews
• Coordinate client interviews and complete reference and working right checks
• Contribute to business development efforts through lead generation and referrals

As your skill set develops, you will take on client account management and business development to build you own successful recruitment portfolio. In fact, many of our senior leaders started their career with people2people in this exact role!

Your Experience

If you are interested in kick starting a career within recruitment, we want to hear from you! To be considered for interview, you will need to demonstrate outstanding communication and inter-personal skills, a drive to succeed, a service-oriented approach, and high integrity.

A wide range of experience can translate well to the recruitment sector, with retail, hospitality and the sporting industry sectors typically translating very well. Any prior experience where you have provided a high degree of customer service in a fast paced and high-pressure environment will equip you well for success. Experience within an administration role will also be considered favourable.
