THE COMPANY
We are partnering with one of Victoria’s most well-known and exciting medical companies, located in South Melbourne. The organisation is looking for a Recruitment Consultant on a part time basis for an initial one month commitment with an opportunity to move into a permanent role.

THE ROLE
As a Recruitment Consultant, you are primarily responsible for the managing the end to end recruitment processes.
Other duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage recruitment processes including initial screening of applicants, conducting interviews and writing advertisements
• Establishing strong relationships with Hiring Managers and taking effective job briefs from them
• Ensuring new employees are onboarded effectively

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Great written and verbal communication skills
