people2people are working closely with various VIC Government departments and we are currently seeking three (3) Recruitment Advisorsover a three-monthassignment working from homeinitially but then located in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- End-to-end recruitment including preparing position description and candidate management
- Consulting with People and Culture and use of best practice recruitment methodology to ensure the right fit
- Supporting the development of infrastructure to enable the delivery of suitable candidates within agreed time frames
ABOUT YOU
To be eligible for this role you must:
- Previous recruitment experience within the public sector
- Prioritisation is one of your greatest strengths in a highly complex, fast-paced environment
- Experience with behavioural-based interviewing
- Experience using Springboard or a similar application management system.
- Have full working rights and possess a current Police Check (or be prepared to supply one)
