THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading provider of community care services across Melbourne. Due to continued growth, the privately held organisation is now seeking a highly driven Recruitment Advisor to join their expanding team located in South East Melbourne.

THE ROLE
The role of the Recruitment Advisor is to attract, screen and recruit suitable direct care staff, in line with company recruitment process, policies and procedures. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Target candidates who have completed certificates in the disability and youth welfare sectors through universities, TAFE and RTO;
• Ensure all recruitment is in line with policies and procedure and legislative requirements;
• Schedule and conduct comprehensive interviews, reference checks and all relevant probity checks as required; and
• Identifying candidate’s experience, skills and preferences who are suited to specific client groups.

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this position you will have proven high volume recruitment experience. You will be a highly motivated individual who is able to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines. In addition to this you will have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and work unsupervised;
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment; and
• Highly developed PC literacy and administration skills.
