THE ROLE

ing to the CEO, you will be responsible for marketing and communications across the law firm, supporting the lawyers in a range of marketing activities to promote their practices and the firm. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with CEO on the firm’s marketing and BD strategy and execution
• Manage LinkedIn social media activity to build the presence and engagement of the practice and the lawyers
• Manage and coordinate internal and external events and conferences
• Oversee website management including posting, announcements and blogs
• Liaise closely with lawyers to implement strategies to build client base
• Create and execute on marketing collateral and sales materials, including capability statements, brochures, and promotional material
• Drive new marketing initiatives and strategies to grow and optimise the practice

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Previous experience working in marketing and communications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
• Experience working within legal or professional services preferred
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Be highly accountable, autonomous, and a self-starter
• Experience using MS Office, LinkedIn, Canva or Adobe
