This highly respected and well-established Australian law firm operates across over 20 practice areas. The firm is seeking a Level 1 IT Assistant to support staff to enable them in their day to day roles!

Duties:

• Prioritising incoming support requests and reply to requests promptly
• Provide solutions or perform research on outstanding issues with the aim of finding suitable resolutions to problems
• Liaising with the IT Manager to escalate calls and notify of any system-wide issues
• Maintain and create documentation as a resource of knowledge to assist in support
• Offer help and assistance with current software products & carry out fixes & configuration systems
• Monitor stock level & replace consumables along with troubleshooting
• Assist the Client Services Coordinator with client IT requirements

• Salary: Between $60,000 – $70,000 PKG inclusive of superannuation

Skills & Experience Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications at Certificate level or equivalent knowledge, qualifications and experience, relevant to the position
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT-related/ helpdesk role is required.
• Please note this is an Entry Level Role which reflects the levle of responsibility required.
