After experiencing significant growth over the years, the business now has operations across NSW, the ACT and QLD, as well as having a number of distribution partners who sell their products right across Australia. Based on the Northern Beach, with once a week travelling to Wollongong, this well renowned organisation is seek an IT Support Analyst to join their team.

The Role:
Reporting to the Head Of IT, you will resolve a wide range of technical issues from internal staff members. Your responsibilities will include:

• First point of contact for end users via email, tickets and phone
• Software and Hardware support
• Managing the ticketing & support platform
• Troubleshooting hardware issues
• First level support of all IT Services and infrastructure
• Analysing current processes and recommending improvements
• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify any problems
• Assisting with the various projects being undertaken by the team
• Dealing with vendors, customers and suppliers

To Be Successful:

• Previous experience in an IT Support role
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to juggle multiple enquires and requests
• System Savvy
• Ability to work well within a team environment
