Internal Recruiter

• CBD based – genuine flexibility – 1 day in the office
• End to end recruitment supporting multiple sites
• Up to $45/hour + super

The role:

Reporting to the National HRM you will be working alongside Site Managers to assist and support the recruitment process of both blue- and white-collar employees across multiple sites. Utilising a variety of tools and platforms, you will play a vital role in sourcing, identifying and qualifying talent that would add value to the organisation & team which ultimately leads in to the strategy for growth.

Selection criteria:

• Recruitment experience – agency or internal
• Experience in working in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• High level of communication (verbal & written) / interpersonal skills
• Initiative – proven track record in sourcing talent through various platforms, networks and sources
