• Flexibility to work in office one day week

An exciting role has become available for an experienced Coordinator to support busy Talent Acquisition/ inhouse recruitment consultant for this internationally recognised FMCG company based in North Sydney. You will be able to use your agency or internal recruitment experience or strong Team coordination experience to assist with managing the sourcing of best people in market.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with the compliance administration around the assessment centre recruitment process
• Screening and managing the high volume of candidate applications
• Being present at the monthly assessment centre to ensure best candidate experience
• Working closely on-site Talent Acquisition specialist to ensure matching to job brief
• Ensuring all background and medical assessments have been completed and tracked on system
• Adhoc Administrative reports as required
