Our client:

The role:

Reporting to and working closely with the HR Manager you will be responsible for being the first port of call for Line Managers and employees in relation to day-to-day operational requirements. Your day will include but not be limited to recruitment, onboarding / induction, HR administration, contracts, amendments through to providing guidance and support to Line Managers. With growth comes exciting projects and changes that you will be a part of.

Selection criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in HR / related fields coupled with experience in an HR related role
• Proven track record in providing HR advice & support to internal stakeholders
• Effective communication (verbal & written) and people skills
• High attention to detail with a customer centric problem-solving approach
• Understanding and experience with legislation and awards
