People2people have partnered with a national market leader who supplies solutions to their clients that are linked to the Construction industry sector through innovative products and services across the Australia through dedicated teams and centres. They have developed an experienced team of experts who are able to provide practical solutions and products that assist with resolving difficult site based problems.

The role

Reporting directly an experienced HR Manager, you will form part for part of a small but focused HR team who have built their brand on providing service and solutionsn to all stakeholders within the organsiation. This generalist role will see you interact and build relationships with Line Managers across multiple sites while providing them support while managing the full end to end employee lifecycle. As the organisation is growing, there is scope to be involved in and manage a diverse range of projects that will help drive attraction, retention, employee wellbeing and more.

Selection criteria:

• Tertiary HR qualification coupled with experience in a HR generalist support role
• Effective communication / interpersonal skills –
• Experience / exposure to supporting the employee lifecycle
• Through understanding of legislation and awards
• Passion to learn and grow
