Great opportunity for HR Coordinator/ HR Systems specialist to join this well know global business. You will work closely with the key stakeholders and HR Business Partners within the business and have the support of the wider team of HR professionals. Being the “glue” that brings its all together as you proactively educate and coach managers and stakeholders through process to enables the business to be more efficient in all HR administration compliance matters.

Responsibilities and duties of the role are:

• First point contact for all incoming employee concerns on HR related issues and triage to relevant HR specialist in team being Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Rems and Bens, HR BP or HR Director
• Perform administration processing, data input and verification of required documentation on the designated HR employee life cycle activity such as: new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, salary changes, personal data changes, position management, job title changes, supervisor changes, department changes
• Directs employees and managers to the appropriate online support materials, tools systems, and/or vendors
• Analyse workflow to create process and data maps and identify areas of potential improvement
• Identify trends in customer issues and make recommendations for process improvement opportunities
• Provides guidance and training on HR processes, work flow and relevant systems
• Administering Strengths Assessments and Gallup reporting as required

What you need to bring to the role:

• Tertiary qualifications in human resources or business
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel and Word
• Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and systems
• Very good organisational skills and ability to prioritise to manage a large work volume
• Strong service and customer orientation.
• Team player, being able to function in a multi-national team
