As HR business partner, for this globally recognised brand, you will provide exceptional HR assistance and guidance to variety of key stakeholders. Using your strong technical and professional skills, on a broad range of HR policies, programs and practices this role will see you work in close group of 7 HR professionals to ensure you have the support and learning opportunities to see your career develop further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end recruitment process including coaching managers through the recruitment process, assisting with position descriptions, advertising, develop interview guides, conduct interviews, assisting with phone screening and reference checking as required.
• Manage the recruitment portal and work with vendor for development/technical issues.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues including coaching managers, conduct employee investigations, support with performance improvement plans, formal warnings & termination processes.
• Researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve issues.
• Implementing new policies, practices and programs to meet organisational and management needs.
• Support the division with cyclical HR activities such as performance planning and salary reviews
• Support the preparation of development plans and learning requirements
• Provide day to day operation advice and respond to queries regarding HR policies & procedures.
• Provide support with salary analysis and research
• Support with succession planning
• Manage the on-boarding and induction process as well as the exit process including conducting exit interviews

What you need to bring to the role:

• Solid experience in Human Resources, coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification.
• High level of consulting and negotiation skills.
• Sound knowledge of Human Resource organisational policies and practices.
• Relationship management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and highly service
