The Company

With a global footprint, this organisation in the technology and production sector is unrivalled in the market, enjoying 100% market share in some of its product areas. An opportunity now exists for an experienced human resource professional to join their team in this part time HR Business partner role.

The Role

With a local reporting line to the MD, and a global report to a senior HR leader, this role will see you work across the full suite of HR functional areas, with a particular focus on employee relations, talent development, development and execution of people strategy and training and development. Specifically, a typical day might include:

• Partnering with senior management to provide advice and guidance on all HR and ER related queries
• Provide employee relations and people development support and advice to the business
• Coaching management on employee relations including grievances, performance management and performance reviews
• Developing and executing people strategy, policies, and procedures
• Involvement in transformation projects

About you

We’re interested to speak with candidates who have prior HR partnering experience, ideally with some exposure to working with a blue collar workforce. With relevant HR qualifications, you will have outstanding communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders. This is a part time role based in Southwest Sydney – working 3 days week (days are flexible).
