Great opportunity for HR Coordinator/ administrator to join busy team based in Macquarie park with Parking onsite. You will work closely with the key stakeholders and employees within the business and provide support to recruitment and HR support to ensure deliverables are met and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities and duties of the role are:

• Assisting with all recruitment administration – from liaising with candidate, setting up interviews, assisting managers update the system on applicants
• Managing the onboarding administration process including arranging police checks, vaccination checks, drafting offer letters and contracts
• Managing the work request across the business using shared email inbox
• Provide adoc administration support to the supportive HR teams

What you need to bring to the role:

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills with a focus on accuracy and attention for detail
• Solid experience in team admin or coordination experience ideally within HR environment but not essential
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisation skills
• Outstanding work ethic with a willingness to support colleagues in a variety of tasks and projects
