people2people is pleased to be recruiting for a well reputed Australian company that has over 50 years of experience in the rigging sector and is known for its insightful knowledge and competence. The business has office in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. They are currently on the lookout for an HR Administration Assistant to join their team and grow alongside with them.

• The position is currently being offered on a contractual basis for 12 months

• Office located in Western Sydney and offering a salary between $75-85k + super

Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining documents and keeping up to date internal database

• Assisting the organisation with their recruitment process

• Take part in relevant HR projects and develop practical resolutions to improve the HR function

• Assist in resolving queries in relation to HR

• Manage and update system payroll including communication for new employees, changers and previous employees.

• Update social media and marketing platform for the organisation

• Build and develop internal and external relationships with stakeholders and keep track of employee probationary periods

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in HR and administration

• Good time management and prioritisation skills

• Tertiary qualifications are desired

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal

• A charismatic sense of self, a creative personality and genuine desire to learn new things

• Technologically proficient skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
