The Role

This role is a pivotal part of the finance team, you will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the organisation.

• Reporting actual financial performance against forecasting and previous years
• Performing monthly reporting for internal teams
• Reporting key findings to Head of Division and Senior management, including overseas based management.
• Annual management plans and monthly target planning
• General Adhoc work provided by team managers and senior analyst.

About You

• Bilingual communications skills in both English and Korean is mandatory
• Relevant degree will be highly regarded.
• 5 years’ experience in accounting and finance field
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organisation.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Able to multitask as well as work under pressure.
