Reporting to a Senior Finance Manager, this role sits across a large asset portfolio of commercial, retail and community assets and provides key support to the finance function. This is a high profile client within the business. Your key role will be across financial and management reporting, managing complex projects, providing direction to senior management on process improvement/business transformation, allocation and utilisation of team members and ensuring compliance with all finance policies.

CA/CPA qualified, you will have extensive corporate accounting knowledge ideally including strong property industry experience. You will be confident with systems commonly used in the sector – MRI, Oracle, Yardi, Tririga, Tech One or similar and have experience developing data capture templates to track accuracy of data and produce financial reports. Self-motivated, you are a natural collaborator with exceptional time management and negotiation skills. You will enjoy partnering the executive team and liaising at a high level with client contacts.
