The Company
This well established services business has grown from strength to strength in recent years and has seen consistent year on year expansion. Operating throughout Australia, they have further growth plans and now require an experienced Finance Controller to run their finance function, supporting the CFO in the day to day activities.

The Role
Reporting into the CFO, your key responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage a small accounting team
Overseeing the production of all statutory reporting
Management reporting & analysis
Liaise with various operational managers in terms of P&L and budget preparation
Coordinate annual audit process
Maintain and ensure integrity of the ERP systems

About You
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
CA/CPA qualified with experience in leading a small team
Demonstrated experience streamlining process and procedures
Ability to work both at a hands-on level
Broad accounting skills across management and statutory reporting
