The role:

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller the primary focus of this position is to support the day to day running of the finance department. The responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Fixed asset depreciation
• EOM reporting
• BAS reporting
• Inventory management
• Fortnightly payroll
• Daily cashflow

About you:

To be successful for this position, you must have previous experience in a similar position, demonstrating the role accountabilities. You will have a strong understanding of accounting but are not required to be formally qualified. You must demonstrate the following:

• Ability to prioritise and delegate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with accounting systems
• Intermediate/strong excel skills
• A team player
