About the role:

This role will support the CFO/COO, in all areas of the business whilst still maintaining a ‘hands-on’ approach. You will help support operational sites, build relationships with clients and customers alike, but still be committed to servicing the accounting responsibilities in monthly management reporting, budgeting, GL recs and invoicing / BAS. Your role will be to demonstrate how you can be seen as a diligent value added partner in engaging and supporting all areas of the business, accounting & admin & operations.

About you:

Its likely you will have studied accounting at some stage in your career, or perhaps be qualified by experience, and used to the challenges in working in a small team.

• Extensive experience in an equivalent role within a diverse mix of responsibilities (entrepreneurial or privately owned environment)

• Proven skills in overall finance management including business planning, accounting project management, monitoring budgets and general office management

• Trusted to build relationships with key Commercial & Operational management

• Ability to work at both a hands-on and support the CFO/COO .
