The Business:
A progressive cloud based legal software firm are disrupting the industry across ANZ and Europe. The constant investment and evolution of their product solutions combined with their exceptional client services has resulted in enormous growth over the last 10 years. They are seeking a Client Support Specialist who has expertise in the legal industry or accounting to assist their clients finance department.

The Role:
Reporting to the Support Team Lead your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting clients across Australia and New Zealand
• Troubleshooting issues through the software.
• Providing phone support and system navigation guidance to clients.
• Responding to inbound client requests.
• Making relevant outbound calls to resolve issues.
• Developing and understanding a strong knowledge of the product.
• Remotely assisting clients with troubleshooting their system.
• Attending any development / training sessions.
• Meeting relevant KPI’s.

Your Skills:

• Prior experience in the legal industry or help desk experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting and finance.
• Ability to problem solve in a timely manner.
• Effectively meeting customer needs by building rapport quickly.
• Ability to communicate effectively and articulate clearly.
