Role Summary

• 12 month fixed term contract
• Part time 3 days a week (24 hours)

The Company

Immediately available opportunity for an accounts clerk to join this global business within renewable energy sector. Working closely with the Finance Manager your time will be focused on preparation of expense reporting, reconciliations and accounts payable support.

Role Responsibilities

• Preparation and reconciliation of expense reporting, including reconciling Visa & Cash claims processing and communication with users, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support the Accounts team with the maintenance and user training of the SAP Concur expense system
• Ensure that our key finance system, currently SAP, is kept up to date and fit for purpose
• Assist in accounts payable posting and vendor creation and management.
• Preparation of invoices and monitoring payment
• Assist in the process of accounts payable and recreivable with data entry/administration
• Support when necessary of daily bank reconciliation
• Assist with general ledger reconciliations
• Any other ad hoc tasks required by the Accounts team.

To Be Successful

• Experience in a finane upporting role primarily focusing on accounts payable and expense management
• Experience with SAP accounting software (Concur)
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
