JOB TITLE : MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

DEPARTMENT : ENGINEERING S TO :

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS DESCRIPTION :

Plan manufacturing process for Customer part blueprints, identify hours per manufacturing cell, and required material.

Use ProE CAD software applications to design and produce mechanical drawings for fabricating parts.

Use Microsoft Office software applications to produce setup instruction sheets for Manufacturing Area.

Use INFOR software to write fabricating procedures (Planners) and release manufacturing orders (MOs) for part production.

Prepare quotes for customers on new products, engage in value engineering discussions

Enter Purchase Orders for new and recurring parts

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Ability to read Mechanical Blueprints.

Proficient with Windows Operating Systems and Office Applications.

Proficient with ProE CAD software.

Ability to work with production team in manufacturing area.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

5+ years experience in designing or engineering environment.

5+ years experience in CNC Machining environment.

TRAINING REQUIRED : Upon Experience.

EDUCATION REQUIRED : High School Diploma.
