DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

PeopleGuru, a leading provider of HR/Payroll and Talent Management Software is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team to support the marketing and sales goals of the organization. This is an ideal role for a passionate marketing professional looking to be an impact player with a high growth technology and service provider.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital demand generation plan to support the revenue goals.
• Lead and various marketing projects and vendors including working with Agencies.
• Develop the digital marketing strategy, KPI’s and roadmap.
• on marketing metrics including CAC, MQL, SQL and Opportunity contribution.
• Contribute to the development of all marketing associates and create a championship culture.
• Communicate campaign deliverables and objectives and manage marketing calendar.
• Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and webinars.
• Support collateral development both internal and external communication
• Monitor and manage the company’s social media platforms.
• Oversee the short and long form content.
• Work with Sales Leadership to support sales onboarding, training, and territorial prospect assignments.
• Leverage existing technology (ZoomInfo & HUB Spot) to support list creation, workflows and sequencing of outbound thought leadership and lead generation
• Work with CRO to ensure marketing budget is managed and maximized

Qualifications

• Social and Paid Ad experience. Design, define target audience and implement.
• Exceptional management and leadership skills
• Social media campaigns, and content generation expertise
• Outstanding presentation, written, verbal communication skills
• Data driven, understands the importance of KPI’s measurement, tracking and ing
• Team player and collaborator with a can-do attitude
• Takes ownership and initiative to drive projects through completion
• Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills
• Strong content development skills
• Experience in outbound email demand generation
• Project management skills
• Experience using marketing tools for video, PowerPoints, and digital promotions.
• Experience with WordPress
• B2B Marketing Experience
• Comfortable working for an early-stage growth company
• CRM Technical Experience
