THE ORGANISATION

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Talent Director, you will build, develop, and execute the full talent acquisition lifecycle for the corporate business.

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all corporate functions
• Participate and assist in the creation of job briefs by working closely with hiring managers
• Advise and report on market insights and trends within your business unit
• Contribute to an amazing work environment by bringing values and culture to life
• Create and execute new processes and sourcing strategies to target the best candidates
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience that brings to life the culture and values of the business.

THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will have to have experience working in an end-to-end recruitment position across corporate functions. You must be highly organised, have strong attention to detail, great communications skills, and ability to develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will also have to have the ability to multitask and manage priorities within a fast-paced environment.
