THE ORGANISATION

Our client is a dynamic, Global business with over 10,000 employees in 30 different countries, this household name organisation as enjoyed radical transformation in recent years; With arguably some of the most beautiful and advanced work places in the city.
The Organisation are currently going through a project to bring all recruitment in house & are aiming to have their talent team on board by early September.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the head of talent and sitting within a recruitment team of 12, this role will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment function. This includes everything from taking the job brief, advertising, sourcing, building talent pipelines, phone screening, organising and conducting interviews and being involved in the decision making process.
Our client is seeking somebody with a proactive & strategic recruitment approach who values continuous improvement.

THE CRITERIA

To be successful in this position, you will meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
• Proven ability to talent pool & source proactively
• Experience in an end to end recruitment role
• Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Be willing to learn
• Proven ability to show initiative
