CLIENT ADVISORY SERVICES CONSULTANT | 4 MONTH CONTRACT | DENVER (HYBRID/ONSITE)

• Target End: 4+ months. Full-time (40+ hours/week)
• Pay: up to $75 (W2) (DOE)
• Location: Denver, CO (hybrid/onsite)

A Top 10 Public Accounting Firm is seeking a Client Advisory Services Manager to oversee an outsourced accounting team. Client Accounting will be part of your daily routine, however significant time will be spent interacting with clients and overseeing outsourced accountants.

Contract term is January 2022 – May 2022 – high likely of extension based on Client’s needs.

Qualification:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, or a related field, preferred
• 7-10 years of accounting outsourcing experience with an accounting firm or previous controller experience with midsize company
• Strong supervisory experience managing small business accounting teams (6-7 direct reports)
• Direct involvement in month end close process including preparation of financial statements
• Demonstrated understanding of complex accounting concepts and apply them to client situations.
• Train and coordinate the work of bookkeepers, consultants, and other financial professionals
• Implement new clients, which includes setting up processes and performing books catch-up and/or clean-up work
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate issues to the client.
• CPA preferred
