Accounting Advisory Consultant (IPO Readiness)

Our client is a large public accounting firm and they’re seeking an Accounting Advisory Consultant to assist their client in preparing to go public.

Pay: $60 to $75/hr (W2) OR $80 to $100/hr (C2C)

Duration: 8/23/2021 to 12/24/2021 (Possible extension into 2022)

Location: REMOTE


Experience/Skills Needed

  • 5 to 8 years of experience

  • Technical accounting expertise on IPO readiness projects.

  • Project management and assistance with specific accounting and financial reporting items for a company preparing to go public.

  • Carve-out experience preferred

  • CPA preferred
